What is the application process?

Our application process has a number of steps:

Step 1: Complete the on-line form to show interested in our community and indicate which size suite(s) you may be interested in.

Step 2: When a suite becomes available, the you will receive an e-mail with basic information about the suite , the move-in date, and a link to an application form. If you're interested in applying, complete and submit the application form (note: you may only have a week to do this).

Step 3: The Membership Committee will screen applications and select the top applicants for an interview. The successful applicant will be conditionally offered the suite.

Step 4: Application information will be reviewed (e.g. credit check, reference check) and a formal offer will be made. If accepted, the applicant submits the share purchase and becomes a member of the coop. They may move in at the agreed-upon date.

All other interested people will be notified that the suite has been filled and that they will continue to be notified of future suite availability.
