The LJHC website collects personal information in three ways:

 

1. Join our Community Form
The LJHC Cooperative collects personal information on our Join our Community Form. The personal information collected on this form is limited to first name, last name, and your e-mail address. This information is only used to contact you when a new suite becomes available. This information is kept until you request it be removed. This information is store on the wix.com website platform and is not shared with any external parties.

 

2. Application Form (PDF)

Our application form asks for a range of personal information which is used solely to determine your suitability for membership. If you are not offered membership, your application is kept on file for up to a year following submission, and may be used to offer you another suite should a subsequent suite become available. This information is stored on the wix.com website platform and in the Laura Jamieson Housing Cooperative Microsoft 365 environment. Information of applicants offered conditional membership will be shared with the coop's administrative provider, CANA, for the purposes of completing the application process.
